Our site uses an enquiry form for customers to request quotations and information about our services and a brochure request form for customers to
order free marketing materials from us. It also has a quote building facility in which you select various options and an estimated price is
displayed; this page also requests contact information in the event that you may wish to proceed with a booking. There is also a feedback
provision mechanism part of which is optional and allows us to send you a discount voucher for use against future purposes as reward for posting
feedback. There is also a pre-event music and dedication request facility which collects your name. We collect contact information only.

Contact information from the enquiry form is used to provide you with information about our services. Contact information from the brochure
request form is used to provide you with information about our services. Contact information from the quote builder forms is used to provide you
with information about our services. Contact information from the feedback form's optional discount reward facility is used to provide you with
a postal discount voucher against the cost of our services. Information collected in any other form is limited to name only.
No Financial information is collected by us; all online payment facilities are provided by third parties.
Unique identifiers are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use to eliminate multiple postings and 'SPAM'.
We only send emails, letters and marketing materials such as brochures to you and make telephone calls to you in direct response to your specific queries about our services.
We will not pass your details to any third parties unless you specifically request that we do so, for example where you would like us to act as
your agent in booking services with other entertainment providers such as bands.

VectisVibe entitles the purchaser to a seven-day decision period after receipt of booking confirmation materials.
If you choose not to proceed with a booking within seven days, no costs will be incurred by you. The only exception is where a service is required
to be provided WITHIN 7 days of a verbal agreement being reached between us.
